Delivery and Ordering Process

Where is my order?
You will be updated when your order has been despatched. It's then in the hands of the carrier. Typically, Royal Mail deliveries are economy and it takes 3-5 working days.

If for some reason, which is very rare, your order doesn't make it's way to you 5 working days after the date of despatch. Please let Claire know by emailing admin@lovely-gifts.co.uk

Who delivers my package?
Royal Mail in most instances will be used for delivery. A courier will be used where items are bulky, heavy or of a high value. This will ensure safer delivery of your order.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We do deliver to European countries outside of the UK. Please see delivery rates page for prices. International orders are all sent by Courier. I feel that this is the safest method.

Returns and Cancellations

How do I return an item?
You have the right to cancel your contract with lovely-gifts at any time, up to 7 days after receipt of your goods, in line with your statutory rights. To cancel your contract you must advise me in writing, either by post, by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page of the website.

Should you wish to cancel your contract after the goods have been despatched to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to our returns address, which will be advised upon your initial contact with me and within 14 days, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or mis-described.

My item arrived broken - help!
In the unlikely event, yet still possible of course, it it arrives broken in any way, please let me know as soon as possible please. Please also take a picture and forward to admin@lovely-gifts.co.uk. Please use subject line 'Faulty Product'. Thank you.

I am unhappy with my product and would like to speak to you about it?
I understand that, I would feel the same way too if something was not quite to my liking. Please contact me initially by email and then a suitable time period, in which to call you on your mobile or landline number. Customer service means a lot to me.

Where do I enter my discount code?
